I am a trans-disciplinary artist from Adjuntas, whose work involves photography, literature, visual art, and performance. This picture belongs to an on-going project titled “LatinAmerica: stripped out of its colors” with a special emphasis on representation of Black and Indigenous folks, in which I connect our experiences across the continent. This series unifies what we share and how we are connected. Our journey as folks from Latin America and The Caribbean is inspired by our mutual resistance, while we fight for a world that brings us peace, joy, and happiness.
